Worst Buy: The Next Generation (Part 7)
CURSES!
The CEO's E-mail bounced back to me and the E-mail to the SVP of Sales and Services received an "out-of-office" reply. The SVP is out until Thursday.
In the meantime, I've found Best Buy's corporate number:
(612) 291-1000
I got in touch with Elizabeth Sevcik, one of the nicest people I've spoken with there. She's Bradbury Anderson's assistant and according to her E-mail is their "Executive Resolution Specialist." Interesting...
Let's hope she doesn't disappoint...

Sounds like Best Buy can't do anything ethically nowadays:

I spent $4,000.00 in one night and for a month and a half I have been trying to use the washer and dryer i bought and it has been the worst experience in my life. They are still trying to deliver to me a part that was ordered to fix my NEW dryer that I decided to return 2 weeks ago. I told the lady that I returned the unit and she advised me to recieve the part from UPS and go to Best Buy and return it or they will charge me for it. For almost 2 months I have had to deal with the the problems caused by the idiots that work in this company.
